Social Responsibility

Regency strongly aspires to create value to its stakeholders by meeting the needs of the customers, employees and the communities where it undertakes business. As a part of this desire, the company had established a high school in 1987, even before CSR was such a fad. Two years later, it had set up a junior college. In addition, ten years ago, an engineering college was set up in Yanam, with an objective to promote technical education by providing in house practical training.

As part of corporate social responsibility, the company has been fighting against the social evils like the dowry system. The management strongly believes that reforms begin at home and in this regard, all prospective employees of Regency are required to sign an agreement to fight the evils of dowry.
